CompTIA Launches AutoOps+ Course for IT Pros

The certification course focuses on skills required for modern infrastructure management.

CompTIA has launched the AutoOps+ certification course, which offers critical automation, scripting, and infrastructure management skills for IT professionals.

The course, which is recommended for those with 2-3 years of IT experience, focuses on skills needed to modernize operations and scale automation, including:

  • Automating enterprise workflows 
  • System configuration and provisioning
  • Managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Secure delivery practices across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments

According to the company, specific tools covered include: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Git, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and RESTful APIs. 

The course, which is available now, also focuses on coding, scripting, and other skills to help prepare participants for roles such as systems administrator, cloud administrator, network operations specialist, and DevOps engineer.
