The Forgejo team has released v16 of the community-developed, lightweight platform for code collaboration.
Free and open source Forgejo, which is brought to you by the non-profit Codeberg e.V., focuses on security, scaling, federation, and privacy, the website states. Additionally, “Forgejo has a low server profile and requires an order of magnitude less resources than other forges.”
Notable changes in v16, according to the announcement, include:
- Improved security of pull mirrors.
- Granular repository watch settings.
- Authorized integrations allow secret-less access to the API.
- Review comments can be placed on multiple lines of code.
- The commit list has a cleaner, easier-to-read layout.
