NetBrain Technologies has expanded its Agentic NetOps Platform to include a new NetOps Harness that enables AI agents to help network engineers more quickly diagnose problems, safely implement changes, and identify future issues.
The new harness provides NetOps Change and Assessment agents with live network context automation tools along with the safety guardrails needed to determine appropriate action. And, every recommendation must be audited and approved before the agent executes a change. As NetBrain says, “Every plan stays in review until a person approves it, so nothing reaches a device without a human sign-off.”
These changes allow “a proactive approach across the full lifecycle of enterprise network troubleshooting, change, assessment and prevention,” the company states.
Also according to the company, benefits of the updates include:
